SEO quick checker

Enter any page URL to see the core elements search engines read, with practical notes on what to improve.

How to use it

  1. Enter the full page URL.
  2. Press “Check page”.
  3. Start with red items, then yellow.

How it works

The tool requests the page and reads the HTML and response headers as a search engine receives them before JavaScript runs.

It checks status code, title and meta description length, H1 count, canonical, meta robots and X-Robots-Tag, hreflang, page language, Open Graph tags and JSON-LD structured data.

Suggested lengths are guidelines, not official Google rules; the aim is text that isn't truncated and describes the page accurately.

Limitations and assumptions

  • One page per check; it doesn't crawl the rest of the site.
  • Content rendered only by JavaScript may not be visible to the tool — which is an important signal in itself.
  • A good result doesn't imply any particular Google ranking; rankings depend on many factors, above all content quality and usefulness.

Frequently asked questions

How long should a page title be?

There's no official limit, but titles longer than about 60 characters may be truncated. What matters most is a unique title that accurately describes the page.

What is a canonical URL?

A tag telling search engines which version of a page is preferred when the same content is available at several URLs, helping avoid duplicate content.

Does structured data guarantee rich results?

No. It helps search engines understand the page, but the search engine decides whether to show rich results.
