Store audit
A quick check of any store: platform, SEO basics, initial response time and installed tracking.
Your customers now ask ChatGPT and Gemini “what's the best store for…?”. This audit actually asks AI models those questions, then measures whether your brand is mentioned, in what position, with what sentiment, which competitors are recommended instead, and gives you a practical plan to improve.
We read your page (title, description, headings and text), then an AI model builds a business profile: type, audience, offerings and likely competitors. This profile is AI-inferred and labelled as such.
We write 15 questions in the customer's own language for the Saudi market across the buying journey: 8 unbranded discovery questions, 4 comparison questions and 3 direct questions about your brand.
Each question is actually sent to the AI engines we have enabled through their official APIs, and we store the answer as-is along with any sources it cites.
From each answer we extract the brands mentioned in order, confirm your mention by direct text matching of your name, its variants and domain, and compute mention rate, average position, sentiment, citation rate and share of voice versus competitors.
The score out of 100 uses published weights: mention 45%, position 20%, sentiment 15%, citation of your site 20%. Without web-connected engines: mention 55%, position 25%, sentiment 20%.
SEO improves your visibility in classic search results like Google. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is about AI models mentioning and recommending you when customers ask them. The foundations overlap: clear, trustworthy content, structured data and mentions in well-known sources.
Real: every number is computed from actual answers the AI models gave at audit time, and you can open each question to read the answer. Only the business profile and recommendations are inferred, and both are clearly labelled.
Usually because there's little or unclear information about your brand in the sources models rely on: pages that clearly explain what you offer, trust and policy pages, reviews and mentions on reputable sites, and structured data. The report shows where the gap is.
Roughly monthly, or after major content improvements, to track changes in mention rate and position.
Send your website or store link and we'll review the technical side, content and measurement.
